NVA is Accretive - I am looking for a Transaction Sooooon!

I expect that POU is in dicussions with NVA regarding a take out offer.

POU is supported in this bid, with  Nine Points holding a big chunk of stock and GMP holding a ton of stock. (GMP were the ones that sold POU a bunch of shares a few years ago)

It time to get the deal done, and it would not be to long until POU hits 200,000 boe/day.

POU with no debt on their balance sheet and owning 37 million of NVA shares already, with companies like Nine Points, and GMP looking for a graceful exit. I could see them wanting paper which is something that POU management are not to willing to give up EASILY.

NVA+POU are both similar in that they production growth is being done while paying shareholders, NVA using share buyback/debt reduction, increasing production and POU dividends, special dividends, and production growth.

I think the bonds will have to be taken out and replace with bank debt, but together the companies will have a printing press printing money.

Either the sale of Westbrick assets, CPS commericializaiton and a cash infusion, monetizaiton of the clearwater assets, Sale of the Norh Duvernay to CPG or Murphy, or some other rabbit that JR would pull out of his hat.

Personally I would prefer to see organic growth through drilling their own wells and the sale of those shares back to NuVista. Cash in hand is always better.
