my thinking is the fed likely to pivot in 2024.  The economy is showing sign of weakness, and 2024 is election year (in the US).  The fed might be jacking rates up in 2023 so they can lower it in 2024, hopefully lifting the utilities back up.

If that is the case then. PPL could fall a lot farther since that is still a long way off. The shares could possibly drop another 10% or so?
