I like this company but it's been somewhat of a frustrating hold for several years as I thought it would achieve more quicker with all the plans and projects I've been watching for 7-8 years as a holder, the dividend adding to my account monthly has been the main highlight of my holding period but I'm very disappointed in no pennys added to the payout since mid 2020 as I signed up for a 5-8% payout increase every year (which we were getting increases faster than 12 months), we should be sitting at or stareing down 23 cents per month rather than waiting to maybe get 21.5 cents.
I'm personally waiting for a notable move on a major project and I thought Heartland/IPL & or our previous in development polypropylene factory would have been my feather in my cap. The JV Trans Mountain is my next big hope but many of the current smaller projects are very good for the company but they don't seem like they will move the needle significantly, just add strength to the balance sheet.
