Every day that goes by and PPL keeps rising shows that it is a done deal. how can anyone take a lowball cash deal versus a merger where 1+1 = 2.5+ this deal will only continue to be worth more as time goes on.

No doubt why Brookfield is fighting the break fee in court now. They probably see the writing on the wall as well.

Brookfield was led to believe that a cash offer would be better received, but really, with the economy reopening, I wouldn't think now is the time to be in cash.
