Subscription receipts

What happens to the sunscription receipts after today? It says that they can be traded as PPL.PR. Will they have to wait until the closing of their acquisition to become common shares? Or will I have them as common shares after today (settlement of subscription receipts)?

The SRs will trade under their own ticker .... and will convert to PPL common shares when the company announces the closing of the acquisition.
