RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Public Info from SEDAR on NAFTA IssueMy understanding is Canada has been successful when the situation is mirrored and they have gone after the US in such a manner as Lonepine a US domincled company bringing proceedings against the GofCanada. Lonepine and their stakeholders should have a good shot on this one. I belive you are correct that GofCanada has much incentive to drag this out as a Lonepine success will fuel tremendous jurisprudence for other permit holders in Quebec and exposure could be well into the Billions.

In no way is this legal advice just some personal observations on the matter.
