Sure, its a posibility, albeit a small one at this point, at least until the new wells are proven up. Are profitable companys allowed to buy others who are losing money, just for their tax pools

This is a bit of a longshot, but cannot be entirely dismissed either. The company has just been refinanced. They have millions in tax credits from which a potential suitor could greatly benefit

Hi, I know what a RS is. For example at .03 ; a RS of 100 to 1 will be $3.00. If PCEP share cost is .07 well they need 7.00 to come out even. Once the shares are at $3 USUALLY they will decline
