ANOTHER POSSIBILITY....

This is a bit of a longshot, but cannot be entirely dismissed either.

The company has just been refinanced.  They have millions in tax credits from which a potential suitor could greatly benefit.  The CEO has just resigned.  Add them up, and there is still the possibility of a deal with an outside player. 

Not saying it is going to happen.  Just saying the possibility is real.

Sure, its a posibility, albeit a small one at this point, at least until the new wells are proven up. Are profitable companys allowed to buy others who are losing money, just for their tax pools? According to the latest presentation, Sept 2024, page 21, PPR has $590 mil of tax pools which equates to about .49/share . That could be worth up to about .10-.15/share of tax savings to an acquirer. It all comes down to the BQ wells. If they prove they can do it, it changes everything. That's what everything hinges on now. Good luck everyone.
