Board of DirectorsIn my opinion the Board of Directors deserve what is coming to them. I forsee a NO vote of confidence from a good percentage of shareholders . Two of them already saw it coming. The governance of this Company by the Board in the past few years has been atrocious.

Mr. Petrie and Mr. Wonnacott have served on the Board since 2016 and 2011 respectively.
