Shareholders
I figure that up to 85% of the Restructured shares are now in the hands of 3 holders - PCEP, White Tundra, and Shyba. Please correct me if I am wrong.

75.6% to former note holder alone, so i think you are right. 720 million shares and they get 540 million roughly. plus theres warrants. a Lot of dilution, however if they can get some drill results and commodity pricing this could possibly be a good deal. Tough to call
