Royalties will help with cash flow and chromite should fill our coffers or war chest soon.(I would be suprised to see anything but a sale of this asset as ROF mines will not be in production for another 7-10 years). This is a VERY desired property in the ROF and one that should garnish much interest (cause of the location, and deposit quality)
That is why Borden means something. Cause I do not see LSG doing anything but dragging their heels right now. There is no immediate need for them to drill the property.
Although good gold results in Borden does not necessarily mean an instant doubling of this stock, it gives the company a place to invest their money (hopefully with the sale of chromite and royalties) while having full control over the development of the property and gold is at all time high.
Hopefully something short term, and something mid-term.
