Well to be practical ........PRB market cap might get to around 800 million. Probably can't get over the billion dollar hump since they are not producing....!
Why?
300,000 ounces moving to around 4-5 million total once the in fill drilling is complete and the 43-101 is updated.
Say 4,000,000 ounces @ $ 100 and in-situ ounce............$ 400,000,0000
Chromite $ 100,000,000
Agnico Eagle may have to mine where PRB has their royalty ? (just a guess)
Their is $ 500,000,000 without trying too hard.
NOSE / FOLD could be another 20+ million ounces...who knows...lets hope. Bonus grades at shallow depths will drive us into the $ 15.00 plus range !!! You watch.
If their are any decent grades...PRB will explode.
Truth is they will get bought out sooner rather than later. Dave has enought money to drill, analyze and market this project for another 3 -4 years.
If a major "smells" the potential 20,000,000 ounces they will bid.....it doesn't make sense to let Dave drill for 2-3 years to add to the reserve simply to drive the stock up.
3 Drills at Borden by November..........you wouldn't add a drill unless your absolutely sure of whats there!
