projects in Canada..some. That said what is the value of such a "rare" project? If the CEO"s are in this sector
and know what it is and why they mine AU then with the state of the world I would argue that $3.33 is no
premium at all. With a positive PEA and drilling coupled with a higher gold price...PRB should reach $3.33
in the near future in my view. The big money is producing...a buyout if shareholders are "WELL" compensated
for the years invested. JMO. A spinout can occur without a buyout which in my humble view is the best option!!
