Whats going on with Probe Metals??

I paid $1.40 for Probe metals and now it's $1.35. Anyone have an idea why the stick has gone nowhere for more than 3 years now?

Hey freefood, ask Pennypincher, he has all the answers.

Who is Pennypincher? Is that a user or a blog?

Wrong answer. Call Seema Sindwani the Director of Investor relations and ask her why the stock is not moving. Ask to speak with Dave.

I thought Seema Sindawani is the chief financial officer at Angus? What would I speak to her about?
Comment by PennyPicker on Jul 10, 2020 2:48pm
She is the director of IR - not very effective - if you want answers, speak directly with Dave Palmer. you should review past looses.  The Information circular showed what the Probe management team was being paid - totally out of line with what they have accomplished in the past year.  Also, very disturbing conflicts of interest with Langlois being VP Corp Dev at about $340,000/year ...more

Thank you, pennypicker! This is a thourough and great response! I still don't fully understand what Angus Ventures is and how Sima can be CFO at Angus and IR at Probe? Are they the same person? I"m CONFUSEDD!!!!

Angus Ventures is an exploration company that is ~52% owned by Probe insiders Palmer, Sokalsky, Langlois and Peterson.  It was a capital pool company that they first attempted to make into a cannabis company.  That was u successful, so they went back to exploration and obtained a property from Canstar Resources as their qualifying transaction.to list on the Venture. langlois, the full ...more

Penny, Patrick leaving would be a big loss.   I know there is nothing I can say that will convince you that Patrick, Dave and the rest are living up to their responsibilities to share holders and putting Probe first.   You have been posting for a couple weeks and that seems to be the central focus of every message you have put on the board. No comments about  the recent ...more

It is the conflict of interest that was the most  disturbing.  Probe or Angus, has dealt with the situation with Seema Sindwani.  It would seem that the Probe board actually paid attention to the concerns of shareholders and concluded that this is not an appropriate or ethical situation. I don't think her activities have that  much of an impact on the company in ...more

I’m curious about the fixation on individual members of the team and on Angus. These recent emotional comments feel oddly personal.    They have great land packages and are making strong acquisitions. Either we are speaking to entirely different people Penny, or you feel slighted in some way.    Their previous lack in news flow has admittedly improved.    ...more

Noooo...not personal or emotional.   Perhaps you have not read the complete thread.  Maybe you should. Just hugely disappointed in the lack of ethics and the apparent arrogance of Probe's management team in thinking that this was ok.   Especially after THREE disappointing years  of stock performance and the unbelievable bonuses, etc that were issued in an under ...more

IR is made up of Seema - a clueless individual tied to Angus.  Do your Diligence Sir.   Gold is over $1800/oz  Probe is doing nothing, just like managment is doing nothing.  How many investors does Dave speak to?  Who sells the sizzle?   Why is management putting more money in Angus than they have in Probe Metals?  Stop acting like a company ...more
