Waiting Game

I am making a few assumptions :
Probe has or is applying for 20,000 to 40,000 tons per day mill capacity.   Over 5000 requires federal approval.

Drill programs will go the whole year ? Looks like they could be finished early in Novador amd start detour later on ?

I think PRB will skyrocket if they achieve 6 plus million ounces and get there permit ... ready to take over !
