Happy to see the acquisition has been formerly approved. 

The slight delay in the resource update may mean more assay result will be included, Croiner, Beaufor and possibly McKenzie Break.  Much rather have these included in a couple months than have to wait an entire year to get the full picture.  Should be a fantastic spring/summer for Probe longs.  Best, JM

Thanks for sharing, JM! I dont see a sale price or anything of that sort. What does all this mean in laymans terms?

My understanding is the sales price will remain confidential until there is an agreement for someone to buy the mill.  Representatives of the creditors don't want to show their hand during negotiations.   I have confidence Dave negotiated a good deal.  Best, JM.

"The world is my oyster " Some miner can come swooping in and make a bid for  Probe after this acquisition is officially completed with  the cost disclosure.  With a NPV of $10 as calculated from the PEA at  $2200 US .against a current price of $1.51 All the other properties, the 3 from Monarch, Detour  and the rest for a song. IMO Probe
