Some Thoughts
if any company buying Probe such as AEM, EGO, WDOME, OSISKO or Barrick -the infrastructure build out for them is inexpensive and limited.
- They are all already operating in ValDor.
- They can simply put Probes ore through their mills.
- The distance between Probe and these operators is negligible 10 to 20 minutes.
- The area has good roads, rail roads, inexpensive electric
- They are in a very mine friendly jurisdiction
- In addition Quebec has a favorable tax code compared to the other Canadian Provinces.
-The closeness of Probe to these operating mines is so good that the investment to add on Probe ounces will be extremely profitable.
-once Probe Metals bought there is no one else to buy in the area. VAL DOR IS A TIER ONE JURISDICTION.
Probe is a game changer for all companies including Eldorado Gold, Agnico, Osisko, and Wesdome. They will have a significant boost to their production ounces, great exploration upside. The inexpensive entry to buy PROBE METALS with no infrastructure capital for each of their production profiles should lead to competitive bidding and very motivated buyers.
JM, since you are close to management please tell them to not lock out competitive bids. Also find out if they have a deal already in place that the stock will not move up.
JM, it’s important that management knows that a price of C$750 million or 5 dollars per share is a MINIMUM EXPECTATION. It also means that our Detour land package and the Chromite is also spun out to shareholders.
JM, I know the competitive tension for our ValDor project is high given that at least 3 possibly 4 companies want us. Management MUST entertain all three OR four offers AND NOT ENTER A BREAKUP FEE AGREEMENT WITH ONE COMPANY to eliminate the competitors from bidding a higher price. JM or others on this board please ask Dave, Jaimie and the Board to please work for a strong bid and to not fold. This is a one time deal opportunity.
