RE:SEDA Filings for 02-10-2023 - PRBAll the new options are at $1.43 so they are worthless unless the share price goes up and the exercise, or the company makes a deal such as SBB.....
The SBB deal shows that there are still M&A activity and in comparison to PRB littered with additional costs due to remote location.... PRB has power, roads , rail workforce , lodging etc
The ball is in Daves court, he needs to specify his game plan.... another financing Yes or No... has a comfort level that the funds on hand are sufficent to complete the drilling package outlined...The trading volume is very low and support only seams to come from our single buyer/ market maker.
Options have been done for this year.
Big Question at this time, is there a deal or stragic investment in the works, or not.
