if you have been following the Disney board battle, it's
all about creating shareholder value. It's not about
generating excuses about bitcoin, tech stocks, gold
stocks being out of favor, and so on.
As I've mentioned before, there's a ton of money
needing a home like Probe.
As our Chairman described Val d'Or as a top gold
exploration project in Canada. He knows what's going
on as he is the lead director of the world's second largest gold mining company and also a director of a top gold streaming company.
The last two directors were his decision from his extensive contacts. Probe is slowly getting away from the "Palmer" BOD . They created NO shareholder value.
In today's environment the pressure is on the BOD to create shareholder value. This is what I truly believe and expect from any BOD.
