Why would they do this? they dont immediatley need the cash and they are probably entertaining offers for the company as we speak? Unless they arent.....

you must be a hammer because you hit the nail on the head. NO DEAL COMING, or not one at a premium that would make existing shareholders happy. Rose and Junior would applaud Dave Palmer if he took all $15 million and wired it to his personal account they are nothing but cheerleaders. He could blow up a bridge and they would cheer him on.
