Cibc is making it tougher to sell !  So you leave your shares exposed so someone can borrow them in a short position ... not good.  Have to look into a full service broker ...! F.   U.     K

CIBC still no analyst rating.... Probably shorting their own clients stock.  They did that  with another co  where they had 7 million shares on the  books  and sent a memo that they were in the  process of aranging a financing.... Problem was that  6 million of those  shares were  held by clients in the  same  office at wood  gundy.
