Was there a 6m after hours share trade in PG ?

On my Bloomberg app it shows Friday's volume 

of 6.56m shares time stamped at 4.05pm
 

Trading volume during yesterday's regular session was 

547 789 shares traded.

So the after hours trading session approximately 

six million shares were traded in PG?

Do we know what this was? I didnt see any SEDI filings or anything of the sort

I got no idea what this was about. If this after hours trade was a valid trade , then in my opinion it was prearranged between the parties as it was executed within 5 minutes after the market closed . It also was on a Friday afternoon when everyone was taking off for the weekend.

Could be Eldorado crossing there shares to a buyer ... rare but can occur.   I don't like anything after hours.  If it's true then maybe a " company " is trying to get a foothold on a large percentage ownership. 6.56 million @? 1.30 is 8.52 million shares .... hmm a mystery.

Hi Austriominet The Bloomberg app is in real time. So no chance for a screenshot. I suggest you contact IR as they keep tabs on the largest shareholders. See corporate presentation. There's a register of shareholders . That's how I got my proxy votes
