I can only point to last quarter's results ... costs seemed to go up (if memory serves me). 

Regardless ... I'm guessing it's in a "show me" state.  People just waiting to see what happens when they report quarterly results.  Add to that ... ugly markets recently.

Growth seems to be on their side with the recent location in San Antonio and more coming.

I think it all eventually corrects itself.  IMO.
