CFO Aaron Davidson big seller this year in mid to high $20s

I see $4,107,192 worth of PRN shares sold and none bought by insiders in last 12 months. Any idea why CFO Aaron Davison is not holding his shares?

I see it's mostly Aaron Davison. I have seen it when a person is leaving a company ... but that doesn't seem to be the case. I also know of a CFO from a Waterloo tech company who always cashed out his shares ... didn't seem to be interested in playing the market game.  Always took as pay - in cash. In this case, would need to ask him.
