Why do you all think shareholders are getting zip? The assets are being "bought" for $9,200,000 By my calculations, once the debt is payed off there should be $.16 to $.19 a share left

Bluebeard123, I don't think you get it. Assets are being sold - i.e. ProSep Inc. will cease to exist and shareholders will get nothing, zilch, nada, goose egg, etc.!
