Bluebeard123, I don't think you get it.  Assets are being sold - i.e. ProSep Inc. will cease to exist and shareholders will get nothing, zilch, nada, goose egg, etc.!

I'm not so sure you won't get something for your shares. The company was "sold" for $9,200,000 It's not being liquidated
