Follow the money

Follow the money Can someone explain the logic in the Phoscan / PRQ transaction?  As a FOS shareholder who was, in retrospect, happy to sit on a stock with excess cash and little risk, to have that traded away to PRQ and then lose another half of that cash within days, and now be in oil, it certainly doesnt feel like a good deal to me.   What will it take to get that value back?   And where is that cash going now?  I think its going into the ground.
