RE:RE:RE:whats your thoughts on PRV price these days Is it possible that it went up nicely since the lows and people are protecting their gains?  All reits went down.  Do you think there is risk in the upcoming earnings?  They have been stable for awhile, but if you see any red flags, what are they?
