Chart shows $7.00ish as all time highs.... Might have to cash out entirely there. May have more upside but not sure someone will pay over NAV for a reit

For REITs .... RoC is related to CCA .... capital cost allowance = depreciation ish .... and they can share to investors IF taxable income has been fully (>90%) distributed first. If you want to ...more

It is always permissable to return invested capital...typically involves a tax election by the payor. Means if you invested $100 in shares\units (originally--so this is the stated capital on the ...more
