RE:Why cant this go up

RE:Why cant this go upThis is not a stock to buy if you're looking for huge price gains.
This is a stable, reliable high dividend stock. You buy it because you want long term income not immediate gains.
Now having said all this, you are correct that it has been fairly range-bound at the low end of it's past three year average. However, This shoudln't be of concern to most divi investors because the quality of the tenants in most if not all of PRO's properties is extermely high and speaks to stable, long-term leases...and the "cheques" keep rolling in every month!

My advice, Snakeboy? If you're looking for a fast buck, sell me your PRO shares and get into crypto.
Otherwise, buy the dips, enroll in the DRIP program and enjoy the thought of making money doing nothing at all.
