RE RE RE RE:- Trading on PRV
Just about the only reit in negative territory this morning. A look at the depth chart suggests that even between 6.78-6.80 there are large sell orders. With an NAV of 7.19 I have to assume that the substantial private placement at a preferential rate is responsible for the large sell overhang which continues to exist one month after closing. Despite the current stalled share price the growth potential of this reit suggests a very meaningfull upside going forward.

Gonna need some patience here....a6.6% yield buys a lot of it.
