Strong support at $6.00- the last offering was done there. I was ready to grab a large chunk if it hit $5.xx, but my margin is maxed out. REITS are literally trading at lockdown levels, insane man

Sweet buy at $6.05 .... i was wasting my time bidding $5.99!!!   It has it hit $6.05 twice in the last 3 weeks and bounced off   Looks like the bottom to me

Got used to not being able to time it, low $6's is good price.   Wonder how many months before these REITS get out of the gutter.  The sector has never done this bad in non pandemic times

Whether 6.05 is the bottom or not it's still an outstanding price at this juncture in time, I'd love to buy some more at 6.05 and like you I didnt go full on at 6.05 with hopes that it may breach 6. I should have just loaded at that. Cheers

WELL IF THURSDAYS CPI NUMBER DOESNT GIVE THE MARKET ANOTHER TANTRUM WE SHOULD BE GOOD.  2 BIG DROPS OF 10% FOR REIT SECTOR.  IF THERE IS ANOTHER BLOODBATH, SURELY THIS MUST BE LAST THE ONE.  HOW MANY TIMES ARE WE GOING TO GO THROUGH THIS SONG AND DANCE

It depends, if interest rates continue up more money will get pulled out possibly breaking current resistance on everything leading to lower lows and lower highs, debt is becoming expensive and many of the facebook entitled "look at me" crowd have been living like kings off debt for years, now figuring out they need to pay down debt or be house poor when they renew mortgages on top of a ...more
