This is a disgrace. Collingwood probably bailing...I hope its due to their over 20% by accident and not fundamentals.   I dont see why their investment thesis would have changed in a few weeks, plus these guys cant sell on open market anything signficant anyway without taking a massive hit.  

Disgraceful.  Should announce strategic review, rather than cut dividend andn have a $3 unit price.  Sickening man Didnt think PRV would fall prey to the reit sector flush

I'd chill a bit.  These guys are all buddies.  There will be no takeout, it's just an interest rate shakeout.  Given the thrashing you have taken across the board on REIT's, how can you be surprised that this one is not taking a beating as well?  Unlike office space (SOT), these ones are quite solid.  But they may need to make some capital allocation strategy
