Next step should be ...

... to take a page out of the Nexus REIT's playbook .... and change the name to PRO Industrial REIT ... since they are moving inexorably in that direction. This had an undeniable impact on the unit value for NXR.un and would likely do the same for PRV.un.

Yup, still have too much non inustrial though, probably need to be 85%+
