This is getting alot of frustrated comments
But bear in mind that if you take a look at a 3 or 6 month chart you will realize that its actually been on a nice little run all things considered, all of these stocks got clobbered yet again and days will be up and down but this has done exactly what you want a stock to do, bounce a bit then consolidate, repeat again and again with higher highs and higher lows, collect you dividends and relax, if you are just looking for a quick trade there are many other fish in the sea but this is the wrong choice for that, sure you can flip on a few cents here and there but why bother as there are better picks for that type of action. This is a nice income stock to hold at a great price. Cheers

Been about an 8 cent average uptick per week since the market collapse early in june, this represents approximately a 9% cap appreciation coupled with roughly a 7% dividend yeild, thusly suggesting by mid November at that pace we could see $7.50 again with ease, nothing to do in the meantime but shelve it and collect. mark me down as satisfied with PRV management i bot this Reit for LONG term income i added at $6.11 in June when the world was ending markets go up and down with world events and i will add more on the next crash meanwhile, keep paying me a 7% distibution year after year

I'm with you on that, I believe there will be a day when PRV is trading in the 15-20 range as they continue to grow and the lemmings no longer think "the world is ending" as you put it lol. Everytime the propaganda train from our pathetic media and government starts it's an opportunity to buy. Cheers
