Neil mentioned that there are a number assets on the market in western Canada, bodes well. No real nuggets, but a true sense of optimism. I expect that as sales increase, so will the dividend and share buy back. What else can they do with that cash being debt free?

He also alluded to the fact that although many of the oil and gas companies are a little more hesitant to drill these days, then they use to be, preferring to pay dividends and what not, it does not change the fact that they all operate selling a depleting product.  As their reserves draw down and acquisitions dry up or become more expensive, they will have little choice but to drill for more ...more
