ANNUAL DIVIDEND INCREASED 4% TO $1.00 PER SHAREPrairieSky is pleased to announce a 4% increase in its annual dividend to $1.00 per common share in 2024, to be paid on a quarterly basis effective for the March 29, 2024 record date. In determining changes to the dividend level, the Board of Directors considers a number of factors including current and projected activity levels on PrairieSky's royalty lands, the current commodity price environment, the working capital and bank debt balance and net earnings of the Company.
