You have to give it to the pay bashers about their dedication to the job. First he tried fracking and then insiders sales. Any thing to scare the PSN SP downwards - lie, steal and cheat whatever it takes. Yes you are right only stock of value attract bashers. Non one will bash a stock like RIM or YLO.
Anyway, here is the link to the Sedi recodrd of PSN since its inception on 11/01/2011. The only insider tranactions of note are those of them switching from old ONR shares to PSN shares. Take for example: Lyle Dennis Michaluk the president of PSN on page 234. Of course if you are stupid, or intend to deceive, you can always just take the dispositions as a sale and scare someone. You just ignore the PSN shares they pick up.
