RE: RE: PSN's Moat

RE: RE: PSN's Moat

Well said, Theregans.  Actually nothing PSN does cannot be copied, the trick is can you do it successfully?

For example, we all know Facebook is a huge sucess and it's as easy to copy as ABC.  All you need is a laptop and a website.  How come there is little or no meaningful competition so far?  I have first hand experience on that since my son tried to launch something similar about seven years ago (a social network fronted by a book club).  He finally gave up after four years, wasting the four prime years of his life and his life savings.  The first mover advantage is huge and that edge usually lasts, likely the same with PSN here.
