Let's think about this logically, lawyers are money hungry greedy people.... do you think they would start a class action suit if there was no money in it for them? Its going to be interesting, I signed up with Siskinds. I've already written off the 54k+ that I lost on PSN..... lol 54,000 in 2 days of holding that POS.
Best possible outcome is you get 40-50% of your lost money after 3 years. Not great... but better than nothing!
