I can only guess it's because of all the changes in the management ranks and on the board over the past year.  Plus the loss of revenues from Austin Ribbon.  With all this uncertainty and because of many other opportunities in the hot stock market these days, I can understand why the share price has drifted down.  I'm holding on.  I have gotten lucky on some hot stocks over the past three months but one also need safe dividend stocks like this one in their portfolio. Also, insiders can take another run at this company at any time.
