It was stated that Pivot Technology Solutions shares would be delisted on, or about, the end of the business day November 4, 2020, and that has occurred, i.e. that symbol is not found.
Not having been through one of these cash acqusitions before, I don't know what a typical waiting period is. I guess I was off a bit in thiking the cash would be received within a couple of days after the deal closed Nov. 2.
