Why is this still dropping ?

This is my severence pay here, how is it still dropping ??? Supposed to be 5 dollars a share by now, yet down to 89 cents...is there a bottom or is it going to zero ?

CTS down also. Bloody stupid stock market does not discriminate, just sells off whole sector when they fear economic weakness....
