RE:RE:RE:Resource updateThe underwriter's break-even is a few cents less, so USD 0.5035.  More than 200M is a lot of shares to divvy out.  

Franklin Advisers just reported acquiring a large block of PLG today. They had showed 48.7M, end of Q3, and now report 81.2M.
