I'm also waiting on a Maseve / Block 11 update and hope one is coming out soon.  In this case, I do not see that news between the quarterly reports as "just noise".   Are they pulling up enough ore of a sufficiently high grade to avoid a further funding need this year?   If not, and dilutive funding looks probable, then I'd be better off selling now and using those proceeds to buy back after such raise at a lower cost.  I'm not saying that I believe that will be the case, just that a grade and tonnage update is important for me to know … soon.

The continued delays of the Waterburg PFS hasn't been as big of a deal to me.  I don't see it as either incompetence or some deal in the works.  I'm actually glad about the delay, to some degree.  After all, PGM prices are in a much better spot currently than 6 months ago, which tends to impact analysts' revenue and valuation outlook.

Not sure about the IVN offer.  I'm often skeptical when it comes to Ivanhoe.  But assuming that the offer is legit, it's unclear if their latest copper discovery or PGM assets is a predominate driver.  Companies such as Sibanye or Harmony would be on my idle speculation list.
