RE:Is this the $20million that the Sprott agreement refers to..No, I do not believe the are related, other than having "$20M" in common.

The link is referring to the $20 that JOGMEC fronted for Waterberg exploration.

The upcoming $20M (and $5M Sprott funding) has to do with Maseve needs.
