Gruntov1, I hate to say it, but Mr Begic went the the same school of IR, titled "What can I get away with saying" as just about every other Canadian mining "investment relations" person that I've had experience with. So long as they use "forward looking" statements such as, "We plan to …", "We hope to …", "We are currently in the process of trying to secure …", "We are investigating …", "We are excited about the possibility of …" … well, it is all tap dancing, all (currently) legal, and all done to some degree, as industry practice.
Caveat emptor. My best advise would be to not bother calling or emailing any IR, unless it is with regard to a specific clarification with what has already happened.
