Or, do you think they will finance Waterberg long before construction start?

The Pt's price plunge which I was referring to was the $200+ drop since early Aug, rather than any particular week.

Regarding Waterberg, I don't anticipate much in the way of funding or development prior to Maseve becoming profitable, or at least, generating positive cash flow. There is alway that off chance for a buy-out, if PGM were to rally after the PFS (finally) comes out -- but that's long-shot.

If PGM prices reflate and Maseve starts generating steady cash, then the company will have more options WRT Waterberg.
-- A Waterberg buyout or partial buyout;
-- Funding development with some combination of Maseve cash, debt, and equity;  or possibly even
-- Selling Maseve to fund Waterberg development.

The longer PGMs remain suppressed, the farther out these more appealing choices get pushed, and the more likely further bridge funding will continue to dilute.
