I sure hope not.  US and Canada do have their issues.  But when either country come close to SA and Russia, WRT corruption, we have a real problem. 

Dillution was needed becasue they were running out of cash.  From my experience, the specific reasons for why they were running out of cash, matters less than "that they were".

As I'm typing this, while watching a WS game, I can't help but think the PTM is the Cubs of mining companies.
