Is this too good to be true??

I may not be a smart man, but this looks like a great buy today. Just took a full position. My only question, who is selling and why? I hope it is a case of heard mentality.

Look at the charts..   the company will be buying back shares at lower levels ( now ) for many weeks or months going forward.  just sit back and collected the dividend and wait buy more on dips !!
